Fair use and limits on redistribution of information

We retain the copyright to the FAQ answers,answers to Ask Hedgie! consultation answers, and information about our rental properties. We grant you the license only for your personal use.

Your license is non-exclusive (meaning that data found when researching your question will be used to create new FAQ answers, but anything which may be personal or might identify you will not be used).

Limited liabilty

Descriptions of establishments and links to other sites do not constitute an endorsement. Other sites change often. We have neither contracts with them nor control over their decisions, and are not responsible for their content. We strive to update keep our information current. Please let us know if we have missed something.

For rental properties, we act as intermediaries between owners and guests. We inspect every property personally, and our descriptions are based on this inspection. Owners have agreed to maintain the property in as good or better condition, but that responsibility is theirs.

We strive to exercise reasonable care in all our advice and information, but we can not and do not guarantee satisfaction. We do not accept liability for any mishaps or lapses on the part of any establishments or service providers.

The extent of our liability is limited to a refund of your fee plus, if warranted, €100.

If you encounter a problem, try to settle it with the establishment. However, let us know how things went, positively or negatively, so we can update our recommendations and correct any errors.
